In Rochester, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across New York vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ7 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (585) 270-4465. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, jiffylube.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 814 reviews, which is a strong result for an oil change service in Rochester and suggests consistent service.
Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Very clean place, polite and respectful employees. Very clear and attentive to detail and with communication. Me being deaf didn't bother them at all, the attending employee did his best to gesture to make sure I understood what he was saying. Much appreciated! They even had coffee and water for the customers & public bathroom. I appreciated that.

I cannot adequately express how much I appreciated my experience here. I'd give them TEN STARS, were that an option. β€οΈ I went in for an oil change in the evening, but after discussing some other concerns, the gentleman with whom I spoke, Jerry, whom I ~believe~ to be the manager/supervisor of the shop, checked my oil, & fluids, & other functions, explained many things about my tires & other systems, ran a computer diagnosis, & spent a significant amount of time in examining, assessing, & explaining things, asking me relevant questions, answering my questions. After I expressed my concern about my brakes being weird, Mr Jerry suggested that I return the following day for my oil- change & assessment, because he would then have the mechanics there, who were better prepared to more fully examine & analyze my car's systems & functions. THANK GOD HE DID & THANK GOD I LISTENED-- because when I did return, the next day, they found a broken brake line! Had Jerry JUST cared about collecting the fee for my oil- change, he would not have taken all the time & energy to check what he could check with his computer, by eye, & hand, to answer my questions, & explain things thoroughly, NOR to

Iβve been here a couple times now, and appreciate the quality service they provide. I have a natural distrust of shops due to previous experiences, but the employees here do a great job. Theyβre thorough and get stuff done in a timely manner. They also serviced my old car well AND accommodate my now Mini Cooper; I appreciate this because some places turn me away for oil changes on the Cooper, but not them. Yippee!

Do NOT GET AN INSPECTION here. They stated my two front tires (with less than 30k on them) were "bald" and needed to be replaced. The back tires are now mismatched- they were not when I broughtit in, with one actually bald- that definitely would not pass inspection. They replaced a lower control arm. When asked if they did an alignment they told me one was not necessary because they "just keep everything exactly how it is when they take the old one out, so there is no reason to do one". When I told them it is necessary to do one especially with a control arm and new tires on the front, they then stated their alignment machine was broken. Unfortunately, they saw a woman sitting there, saw I was distracted (I was watching my aunt's out of state funeral online), and they took advantage. The inspection sheet claims they removed all four tires, so why then, did they not put the new tires on the front? Like the video that plays 1000 times in their lobby insists is necessary? Dont go here unless you want to get lied to and ripped off. Very shady. And after taking the pics I can see the dry rot on one back tire. Neither back tires should have passed- how is NYS allowing this place to do ins

Had my oil change done and found the next morning a puddle of oil beneath my car. I took it back to the same location and was told that there was no issues and the oil I noticed was most likely βresidual oilβ. Well there was multiple puddles in my driveway and I never once had oil leakage from car until now. As a matter in fact after three days after the 2nd visit my car almost had no oil in it after checking the dip stick. After speaking with District Manager, he provided a towing service to have the car looked at by himself as of course I couldnβt drive the car and found that the issue was that there was a double gasket. You would think the issue would be resolved there, but as I was driving back home from the shop, my skid plate came half down on 490, I had to pull over and zip tie it back up. And my oil is still leaking!! Complete negligent business. I now have to take my car to an actual shop and have damages assessed. A simple oil change has caused multiple damages on my car. Still waiting to hear back from their corporate office. **UPDATE** - Still no response from either party. And in response to the ownerβ¦ yes of course you guys missed the mark. My car incurred damage be
